Farrier Jeremiah H. Beals, Co. M, 9th Pennsylvania Cavalry Regiment

Private Silas H. Beals, Cos. I & K, 10th Iowa Infantry Regiment.

Sergeant Benjamin Franklin Ellis, Co. A, 47th Illinois Infantry Regiment.

Captain Balthasar Mundwiller, Co. E, 4th Missouri Infantry Regiment.

Private Joseph Mundwiller, Co. D, Gasconade County Home Guard Battalion.

Corporal Squire T. Owens, Co. D, 1st Missouri Engineers.

Please help us identify this unknown soldier!  The grave marker is broken,
and only tells us that this soldier belonged to the 43rd IL Infantry, Co. I.  Marker
was discovered in a cow pasture just east of Breese, IL (Clinton County).  If you
know who he might be, please help us to allow this brave soldier to rest in peace.

Thanks!

These folks are asking for more information on a Civil War veteran buried
in Calhoun County.  If you can help out, please do so.  Thanks!
